Tiger Woods’ Ex-Wife Bulldozes $12 Million Home.The house was demolished after the ex-wife of Tiger Woods has decided to build his dream home. The 17,000-square-foot house, built in 1932, was two floors, with eight bathrooms, an in ground pool and a lift.

Seminole Landing is on the east side of U.S. 1

just north of PGA Boulevard, in the county of Palm Beach unincorporated, according to the records of the county.

The development of 77 acres is among the top five of the most exclusive communities in Palm Beach County, said true owner of Oceanfront Realty in Juno Beach.

The gated development is the home of golf Seminole private.

The course, built in 1929, was ranked the golf course 13-best in America last year by Golf Digest magazine. Not sure Florida a better ranking.

Most houses in Seminole Landing is at least 1 acre.

A list of a house on the same street as Nordegren has an asking price of $ 18.9 million.

The contractor for the demolition and construction of new house building is Nordegren onshore & Development. Company founder Dan Reedy declined to comment.

Nordegren, 32, divorced Woods in 2010 after evidence emerged that he had affairs with a string of women during their five years of marriage.

She has custody of their two young children.

Woods still lives in the former couple's home in Orlando while her luxury home on Jupiter Island is nearing completion.
