The host and executive producer of Project Runway for life expects to file divorce papers in Superior Court of LA County, as next week, citing "irreconcilable differences" according to TMZ.
The couple, who have three biological children, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, two, and the 7 year old daughter, from her previous marriage Klum, Leni, whom Seal adopted in 2009, married on May 10 2005.

At each wedding anniversary, they have renewed their vows in celebration themed, including a masquerade ball, "white trash" and Hindu ceremonies.
Seal is out of the country that acts as a coach on the Australian version of NBC's The Voice (with Keith Urban, Joel Madden and Goodman Delta).
Klum has recently launched a collection with New Balance shoes exclusively for New Balance and a line of jewelry, wildlife by Heidi Klum, QVC.
