"His family and friends have been really worried," the source said Moore, whose first marriage to Bruce Willis, the father of her three daughters, also ended in divorce.

Everything fell apart for the child of two alcoholics Monday night, when paramedics rushed to Beverly Hills mansion to 22:49 and Moore led to a nearby hospital.
The eldest daughter Rumer Willis, 23, ran to the side of Moore visibly shaken and was photographed while smoking and talking on a cell phone outside the hospital.
Moore's publicist declined to comment on reports of substance abuse.
This is the second known Moore's stint in rehab. She sought help during its heyday after the Brat Pack director Joel Schumacher threatened to cut since the seminal coming of age movie "St. Elmo's Fire," People reported.
"I remember he had a substance abuse problem. That was in the 80's. But she was beautiful, charming and ambitious ragingly" said Michael Levine, a publicist for Moore at the time, the press on Wednesday.
"I think the problems of addiction are very complicated issues. You will never fully recover.
You're always recovering, "said Levine." Stress also exacerbates the problems in the life of the people. "
With its old demons apparently resurfacing, Moore has left his most recent film project, the Linda Lovelace biopic "Lovelace."
